About GK Whites Estate Agents

GK Whites were formed in Spring 2001 by Gordon and Kim White. Having both previously worked for the largest estate agency group in the UK for over 15 years, they decided it was time to put their efforts into their own agency.

Initially concentrating on Sales, the successful Letting department was set up in November 2001.

Based in Brighton, the company moved into their present modern offices in the heart of Lewes Road in 2009.

The Directors play an active role in the daily running of the business ensuring continuity of the service ethos.

Says Director Gordon White “We want to provide added value to the letting and selling process by tackling head-on the common objections expressed by the public.

Namely, feedback on the results of marketing activity and viewing appointments, regular updates on transactions, presentation of property details and the general attitude of some agents to service provision.

To improve the service, the company has fully embraced modern technology and installed state of the art presentation and business administration systems, to include 24 hour ‘Point and Press’ digital window display monitor, fully linked computer network and specialist software applications.
