G K White's was formed in Spring 2001 by Gordon White and Kim Noel. After 15 years combined experience working for the UK's largest Estate Agency Group, 'Countrywide', the partners decided it was time to put their efforts and ideas into their own estate agency.
The Directors play an active role in the daily running of the business
ensuring continuity of the Service ethos, says Director Gordon White,
" We want to provide added value to the house selling process by tackling head-on the common objections often expressed about estate agency by the public. Namely, feedback on the results of marketing activity and viewing appointments, regular updates on transactions, presentation of property details and the general attitude of some agents to service provision."
Says Director Kim Noel,
"There is no substitute for competent, friendly and caring contact at what can be a stressful time for people, when moving home."

To improve the service, the company has embraced modern technology and installed new state of the art presentation and business administration systems, with a fully linked network of computers, digital camera, colour laser printer, the use of email and the internet. The primary aim is to retain a level of service which doesn't just
please, but delights customers and clients so that G K White's remain
their first choice when they come back into the property market
or when they are asked to recommend an estate agent - the true measure
of success being the number of people wishing to repeat business
or being referred by friends. |
